Rental Inspections

From our personal experience, we understand just how challenging and complex securing a rental property on the beautiful Sunshine Coast can be, especially when you are trying to do so from a distance. On your behalf, Request 2 Inspect will:

Take the necessary time to understand exactly what type of rental property you are looking for
Attend rental inspections on your behalf to assess the property firsthand; and provide you with detailed photos, comprehensive footage, and an unbiased opinion regarding the overall condition of the property, surrounding street, suburbs, and other nearby amenities.
All of this valuable information will assist you in making a well-informed decision about whether you would like to proceed with a rental application.

When moving to the coast purchasing a property can be difficult. Request 2 Inspect can help you narrow down your search by completing inspection on your behalf, let us be your eyes in ears. We help by:

Spending time with you to understand what type of property you are looking and what goals you are wanting to achieve, whether it be a place to call home or your next investment opportunity
We’ll attend open for inspections on your behalf and provide you with photos & footage of the property along with a detailed report of the property, street, suburb and area in hope you’ll find something that will suit your needs
Work with the real estate agent and give you access to trusted advisors that are based on the coat that will help guide and support your purchasing dreams, including conveyancers, building inspectors and trades.

Property Search

Once you have found your property, and need someone to attend the property at final inspection to ensure that the property is in the same condition in which you purchased it, we can attend the final inspection on your behalf. Request 2 Inspect will:

Attend the final inspection on your behalf
Provide you with a detailed run through of the condition of the property to ensure you are satisfied with the property’s condition before proceeding to settlement
Ensure the property has been emptied and the vendors don’t need to remove additional items from the property
Send you photos and footage at the completion of the inspection and call you to discuss any issues or concerns.
