We are family who after many beautiful holidays decided to take the leap and move to the Sunshine Coast. We sold our home, packed up the family and just didn’t realize how hard it would be to secure a rental property. We came a thud when a real estate agent told we physically had to view the property in person in order to apply for it. Not having any family or friends that could help, we were in a pickle. We found someone who could attend realized that online photos were not reflective of the property, and we couldn’t do our own due diligence on the feel of the street and neighborhood. Eventually (twelve applications later) we secured a rental, and it was the perfect place to get settled and get settled in.

We have since purchased our own home and realized how hard the process is for those people living interstate and overseas and how having someone who can be our eyes and ears in the area was just the help and support needed.
